Production description of end tipper semi trailer:
Our factory manufactured this 4 axles 30 cbm U shape end tipper semi trailer can about 40 tons,this is a light duty end tipper semi trailer, mainly suitable for the transportation of sand and gravel, and cannot transport large stones. If you want to carry a larger tonnage and transport large rocks, we also have 80 tons 100 tons heavy duty end tipper semi trailer for you to choose.Since the end tipper semi trailer only relies on one oil cylinder to lift, there are risks in the lifting process, so we will add a folding auxiliary support during production to increase its stability and improve safety.
In order to be convenient to load,we usually install ladder at the front or side.And the inside of the box adopts smooth bottom and inclined angle, which will be unloaded cleanly when unloading.The rear door is fixed with bolts, and the door is suspended, which is safer to open when unloading.
Our factory adopt famous brand HYVA oil cylinder,end tipper semi trailer will be more durable and more efficient.And in order to protect the oil cylinder from end tipper semi trailer wear and tear, we installed a ceiling on the oil cylinder to avoid rain on the oil cylinder.During production,our factory will use high tensile steel Q345B material,and after the production is completed,we will spray the primer once for anti-corrosion and rust prevention, and then spray the topcoat twice with the color that the end tipper semi trailer customer likes. We can also spray the logo on the box according to the customer’s requirements.
According to load requirements,the axles of 4 axles end tipper semi trailer are usually front axle with air suspension and end tipper semi trailer rear 3 axles with mechanical suspension.

Q1. How will I conduct the transaction?
(1)We need to confirm the trailer specification then send you best quote, and we can confirm the payment, delivery time, order amount and production time together, after all confirmed I will send you the proforma invoice with our factory bank details.
(2)If PI is ok, you can arrange 30% deposit to our factory bank account, and provide me the bank slip.
(3)After received deposit, start arrange production. And will send you trailer pictures or videos during the production.
(4)After finish production, we will inform you to pay 70% balance. When balance received start to arrange shipping. Then send original documents by DHL, And we will keep you updated estimated time of arrival.
Q2. How long can I get my rear tipper semi trailer?
Our production is about 15-25 working days after 30% deposit received, Shipping time is about 30-40 working days.
Q3. How many years guarantee of the rear tipper semi trailer?
Wear parts guarantee for three month ( except tires), Main beam for 2 years . If you need other spare parts we can supply you at any time.
Q4. Do you have ready rear tipper semi trailer in your yard?
No, we manufacture customized products, when received customer’s deposit, we will confirm drawing with customer and then start production. If you need it urgently, we can push order, then finish the production within 10-20 working days.
