Production description of bulk cement tank:
The bulk cement tanker is suitable for the bulk transportation of fly ash, cement, lime powder, ore powder, granular alkali and other powder and dry materials with a particle diameter not greater than 0.1mm. Mainly used for large construction sites such as cement plants.
1.Do not run at overspeed or overpressure when driving the bulk cement tanker. See the main technical parameter table for the high speed of this machine.
2.Do not change the rotation direction of the air compressor, otherwise the machine will be seriously damaged if the oil pump does not supply oil.
3.Do not stop the air compressor before decompression, otherwise the powder material may flow back into the cylinder.
4.Check the oil mark before opening the bulk cement tanker. The oil level should not be lower than the lower limit of the oil mark, and the oil pump should be checked frequently.
5.The bulk cement tanker should replace the lubricating oil on schedule, and the oil in the crankcase should be discharged after the new machine is used for 30 hours.
6.The bulk cement tanker should check and clean the oil filter screen. Under normal circumstances, if the machine usage rate is high.
The lubricating oil used in bulk cement tankers should be CD40 diesel engine oil.Do not start or stop the air compressor quickly.When the pressure in the tank reaches the rated value, the discharge butterfly valve is opened, and the fluidized cement flows through the pipeline for transportation. (2)If PI is ok, you can arrange 30% deposit to our factory bank account, and provide me the bank slip.
(3)After received deposit, start arrange production. And will send you trailer pictures or videos during the production.
(4)After finish production, we will inform you to pay 70% balance. When balance received start to arrange shipping. Then send original documents by DHL, And we will keep you updated estimated time of arrival.
Our payment term is 100% T/T. 30% deposit before production, will send you pictures or video after finish production to let you confirm, and you will arrange 70% balance before shipment. After balance received, we will help you book the latest ship as soon as possible.
