After the completion of each oil pipe work, timely cleaning, to ensure that the pipe clean!
2. HOWO tank truck pump use and maintenance, strictly in accordance with its use and maintenance instructions!
3. Before refueling operation, electric poles must be used to insert into the wet land. The rubber belt of the HOWO tank truck should be connected to the ground.
4. HOWO tank truck safety valve, filter network should be regularly checked and cleaned!
5. HOWO tank truck and pipeline system should be cleaned regularly. Regularly check whether the joint of the pipeline system is well connected and sealed.

1. HOWO tank truck should be equipped with special fire extinguishers, and should be equipped with mop chains and electric poles. When driving, the drag chain should touch the ground; When refueling or discharging oil, the electric rod must be inserted into the damp ground.
2.  The filling hole of the HOWO tank truck should be tightly sealed, the oil discharging valve and the oil discharging pipe should have no leakage, the oil tank vent hole should be unblocked, the oil inlet filter of the oil pump should be cleaned frequently, and the joint cover at both ends should be installed immediately after the oil feeding hose is used up, so that no dirt can enter.
3.  The gasifier and exhaust pipe of the internal combustion engine shall not be tempered. The exhaust pipe should be installed in front of the vehicle.
4. HOWO tank truck are not allowed to wear shoes with nails. No smoking near oil tanks and no kindling.
5. Park, should be away from the source of fire, hot season should choose shade park. During a thunderstorm, do not park under a tree or a high-voltage line. When parking, there should be special care.
6. In the maintenance process, if the operator needs to enter the HOWO tank truck, it is forbidden to carry fire, and must have reliable safety protection measures, the tank must be monitored by special personnel.
7. All electrical devices on the vehicle must be well insulated and sparks are strictly prohibited. Vehicle working lighting shall be safety lights below 36V.
8. When the tank is frozen, it is strictly forbidden to bake with fire, but can be melted with hot water or steam, or drive the car into the greenhouse to thaw.
9.  When maintenance and overhaul are carried out under the vehicle, the internal combustion engine should be flameout, the hand brake tightened and the wheels tightened.
10.  When the vehicle needs to test run after repair, it shall be driven by qualified personnel, and no people or objects shall be carried on the vehicle. When the vehicle needs to test run on the road, the test license issued by the traffic management department shall be hung.
11. When parking on the ramp, downhill parking should be hung up in reverse, uphill parking should be hung up a gear, and should use triangular wooden wedge plug tires.
