Production description of Lowbed semitrailer:
Self steering axles, hydraulic auto remote control axles, pool type chassis,Lowbed semitrailer hydraulic ramp, platform type chassis can be used in different kind of Low bed trailer.
Features of lowbed semitrailer:Mechanical or hydraulic climbing ramp is an option for easy loading and unloading;Lower height (hydraulic and air suspension be able to adjust height);Detachable gooseneck is an option;Small turning radius, up to 55° steering angle;Both automatically and manually all wheels steering;Drop deck minimize trailer’s platform height, increase traffic ability for over height cargo;Side bracket is an option(for increase overall width), removable and swinging.
Two ways to load and unload construction machines:Front loading: With detachable(removable) goose neck, when remove the neck from low bed trailer, Lowbed semitrailer slope design of front deck enable construction machines climb up down freely.Back loading: Equipped with fixed neck at the front and a climbing ramp at the rear of trailer, no need procedure to detach neck, just put down the mechanical hydraulic ramp then you can Lowbed semitrailer load and unload equipment directly. By this means construction machines need strong ability for climb the high ramp.
The series of lowbed semitrailer have flatbed, concave beam and tire exposed structures, and the low bed semitrailer longitudinal beams are straight or gooseneck. Q1. How will I conduct the transaction?
(1)We need to confirm the trailer specification then send you best quote, and we can confirm the payment, delivery time, order amount and production time together, after all confirmed I will send you the proforma invoice with our factory bank details.
(2)If PI is ok, you can arrange 30% deposit to our factory bank account, and provideme the bank slip.
(3)After received deposit, start arrange production. And will send you trailer pictures or videos during the production.
(4)After finish production, we will inform you to pay 70% balance. When balance received start to arrange shipping. Then send original documents by DHL, And we will keep you updated estimated time of arrival.
Q2. What’s your payment terms?
Our payment term is 100% T/T. 30% deposit before production, will send you pictures or video after finish production to let you confirm, and you will arrange 70% balance before shipment. After balance received, we will help you book the latest ship as soon as possible.
Q3. How many years guarantee of the lowbed semitrailer?
Wear parts guarantee for three month ( except tires), Main beam for 2 years . If you need other spare parts we can supply you at any time.
