Before winter, the truck should be inspected and maintained, and special attention should be paid to the inspection and maintenance of the following aspects:

Before the truck enters winter, please check the clamps of the pipeline. Due to thermal expansion and contraction, the clamps can be prevented from loosening, causing oil leakage, the truck water leakage, air leakage and the truck dust to enter the engine.

Check whether the the truck antifreeze meets the local ambient temperature in time.

Before winter, if the truck is equipped with an independent heater, please burn out the high-grade fuel in the independent heater in time, so that the oil circuit of the independent heater is filled with low-grade fuel, so as to prevent the original high-grade oil in the oil circuit due to  the truck temperature drop. Waxing will cause blockage of the oil circuit and affect the use of independent heaters. Before winter, you can do as follows:

Unplug the fuel supply connector to the independent heater on the auxiliary fuel tank. Insert into a small drum filled with low-grade fuel.

Start the independent heating device and make the independent heating device work for more than 40 minutes. Only after working for more than 40 minutes can the fuel in the oil circuit of the independent heating system be completely replaced with the low-grade fuel in the barrel.

Turn off the independent heater, connect the oil pipe, and make sure the connection is normal.

Attention should be paid to the replacement of the oil, and the oil that is suitable for the local temperature should be replaced in time. Prevent the cold start of the engine from being affected by the excessive viscosity of the oil. It is suggested that the oil suitable for the local minimum temperature can be added according to the requirements in the instruction manual.

Check whether the drying function of the dryer assembly in the brake air circuit is normal in time.

When checking, the drain valve under the air tank can be pulled. After the vehicle has been running for a period of time (more than 10 hours), pull the drain valve under the air storage tank. If there is more water, it means that the desiccant in the dryer has failed, and the dryer needs to be replaced.

Check the battery and the truck clean the dirt on the positive and negative poles of the battery. Check the charging status of the battery, it is best to remove the battery and use the charger to charge the battery once, so that the battery is in good working condition, to prevent the cold start of the engine and the service life of the battery from being affected by insufficient charging for a long time.

Check the tire pressure to prevent insufficient tire pressure and affect the service life of the tire. Check the heating function of the air conditioner in time, find problems and eliminate them in time. Check the ABS function in time to ensure safe driving on wet and slippery roads in winter. Check the heating function of the air conditioner in time. If the drying function fails, replace the dryer in time.
