Production description of side tipper dump trailer:

The rollover dump truck suspension adopts non-independent steel plate stamping rigid suspension (air suspension is optional), side tipper dump trailer is composed of tandem leaf spring box suspension supports; the structure is reasonable, side tipper dump trailer with strong rigidity and hardness, side tipper dump trailer is used to support the load and reduce the impact.
The rollover dump truck has a large displacement, and the discharged gas is oil free, side tipper dump trailer can meet the requirements of cement (powder material) air unloading power; side tipper dump trailer is more suitable for dust environment and field environment, has certain working reliability, and is basically maintenance free. ; Maintenance costs are also low, so at present, the air unloading power of domestic bulk cement (powder material) vehicles is almost all set as non-lubricated swing air compressors.

Q1. How will I conduct the transaction?
(1)We need to confirm the trailer specification then send you best quote, and we can confirm the payment, delivery time, order amount and production time together, after all confirmed I will send you the proforma invoice with our factory bank details.
(2)If PI is ok, you can arrange 30% deposit to our factory bank account, and provide me the bank slip.
(3)After received deposit, start arrange production. And will send you trailer pictures or videos during the production.
(4)After finish production, we will inform you to pay 70% balance. When balance received start to arrange shipping. Then send original documents by DHL, And we will keep you updated estimated time of arrival.
Q2. What’s your payment terms?
Our payment term is 100% T/T. 30% deposit before production, will send you pictures or video after finish production to let you confirm, and you will arrange 70% balance before shipment. After balance received, we will help you book the latest ship as soon as possible.
Q3. How many years guarantee of the side tipper dump trailer?
Wear parts guarantee for three month ( except tires), Main beam for 2 years . If you need other spare parts we can supply you at any time.
Q4. Do you have ready side tipper dump trailer in your yard?
No, we manufacture customized products, when received customer’s deposit, we will confirm drawing with customer and then start production. If you need it urgently, we can push order, then finish the production within 10-20 working days.
