Production description of shacman fuel tank:
The shacman fuel tank part is composed of tank body, power take ff, transmission shaft, gear oil pump, pipe network system and other components. The pipe network system consists of oil pump, three ways four position ball valve, two ways ball valve, filter screen and pipeline. Complete set of European standard: European standard tank mouth, subsea valve, lower oil outlet, anti-overflow probe probe seat, oil and gas recovery device, etc.
Lightweight design: The shacman fuel tank body adopts a lightweight design, the head part is first cut by plasma, and then shaped by a bulging machine.
Humanized climbing ladder: There are manhole covers and anti-skid nets on the top of the tank, lifting guardrails on both sides, and a safety ladder at the tail of the tank, shacman fuel tank is convenient for operators to get on and off the tank and view the top of the tank.
Airbag Suspension: Two large shock absorbing airbags, compared with ordinary spring shock absorption, this shock absorption method can reduce the bumpy feeling during driving, shacman fuel tank with better stability, light weight and better driving safety.
Front exhaust pipe: The front exhaust pipe is a standard configuration for dangerous goods transport vehicles.
If you choose F3000 model ,the truck cabin is hale , some clients use it in Mine ,and when you transport on road , you will saw too many F3000 model truck on road ;X3000 model cabin is luxury ,shacman fuel tank is more comfortable than F3000 truck ,and the X3000 model trucks also is more expensive than F3000 ,L3000 model and H3000 model trucks all with simple and comfortable cabin as well.The discharge port shacman fuel tank is also equipped with a spark arrester. .

Q1. How will I conduct the transaction?
(1) We need to confirm the trailer specification then send you best quote, and we can confirm the payment, delivery time, order amount and production time together, after all confirmed I will send you the proforma invoice with our factory bank details.
(2)If PI is ok, you can arrange 30% deposit to our factory bank account, and provide me the bank slip.
(3)After received deposit, start arrange production. And will send you trailer pictures or videos during the production.
(4)After finish production, we will inform you to pay 70% balance. When balance received start to arrange shipping. Then send original documents by DHL, And we will keep you updated estimated time of arrival.
Q2. What’s your payment terms?
Our payment term is 100% T/T. 30% deposit before production, will send you pictures or video after finish production to let you confirm, and you will arrange 70% balance before shipment. After balance received, we will help you book the latest ship as soon as possible.
