Design and Appearance
The HOWO NX water tank truck features a cab design in European style, which is not only stylish and grand but also provides a spacious and comfortable driving space. The tank is made of high quality national standard steel produced by large domestic steel enterprises, ensuring firmness and durability. The tank body uses 4/Q235 – B steel, and the head uses 5/Q235 – B steel, which are processed through strict processes to ensure the strength and tightness of the tank.
Performance and Configuration
The power system is powerful and has stable output. Matched with a high low speed gearbox, it can easily handle various road conditions, whether it is a flat urban road or a rugged construction site road. At the same time, this engine has excellent fuel economy, which can reduce operating costs for users.
Tank Process
The raw materials of the tank are sand blasted by a shot blasting machine, effectively removing oxide scale and rust, and eliminating the stress of the steel. Then, a primer is sprayed to enhance the rust prevention ability. After the tank is welded and formed, local rust removal is carried out inside, and a solvent free epoxy coating is applied, making it have good corrosion resistance and anti aging performance.
Water Pump System
A special self priming double stage centrifugal sprinkler pump is selected. This pump has high pressure, reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and high efficiency. It can quickly realize water absorption and sprinkling operations to meet the water demand in different scenarios.
Functions and Operations
Multi function Spraying
It has the functions of front spraying and rear sprinkling, and these functions can be easily operated in the cab. Using the existing air pressure source of the vehicle, the ball valve is controlled by an electromagnetic valve to realize the opening and closing operation of the valve. The operation is simple and the response is sensitive. The front spraying can effectively wash the dirt on the road surface, and the rear sprinkling is used for road moisturizing and dust reduction, providing strong support for urban road cleaning and environmental protection.
Tank Structure and Safety
The tank body is longitudinally jointed by a panel jointer, single side welded, and double side formed, and then integrally rolled by a numerical control plate rolling machine, making the tank firm, with stable structure and good tightness. At the same time, multiple anti wave baffles are installed in the tank to reduce the shaking of the liquid during driving and improve driving safety.
