Recently, we successfully delivered an 80-ton capacity four-axle flatbed trailer to a customer in Zambia. As a landlocked African country, Zambia’s logistics and transportation often face challenges such as uneven roads and high load requirements. When searching for heavy-duty transportation equipment, the customer found our product page through a search engine and, after comparing various options, was impressed by the professionalism and suitability of our products. The customized four-axle flatbed trailer features a high-strength steel frame and a through-beam structure design that significantly enhances torsional resistance. The four-axle layout evenly distributes the 80-ton load pressure, and the use of well-known brand axles and braking systems ensures transportation safety under extreme conditions.
The air suspension system is a key highlight of this trailer, and its advantages are particularly prominent on African roads. By adaptively adjusting the height and stiffness of the air springs, it effectively absorbs road bumps, reducing vibration and impact by more than 60%. This protects heavy cargo from damage and reduces tire and chassis wear, lowering fuel consumption and maintenance costs over the long term. The adjustable height also allows for easier loading and unloading at different platforms, significantly improving operational efficiency.
To cope with the high temperatures and dusty environment of Africa, we equipped the vehicle with a corrosion-resistant coating; we also optimized the structural design for quick disassembly and maintenance. From contract signing to production and delivery, we monitored the production progress in real time and invited the customer for remote acceptance. For international transportation, we provided professional packaging and coordinated logistics resources to ensure the safe arrival of the equipment. This trailer will be shipped to Zambia by sea, helping the customer achieve efficient transportation.
