A customer from Liberia contacted us via WhatsApp, expressing interest in purchasing a fence cargo trailer for their local logistics and transportation business. In our initial communication, the customer provided a detailed description of their transportation needs: primarily serving medium-to-long-distance routes between ports and inland cities, handling a variety of cargo types, and requiring a vehicle with high load capacity, versatility, and durability.
Through further discussion, we learned that the customer mainly transports agricultural products such as fruits and vegetables, live livestock, as well as some bagged goods and daily necessities. These types of cargo have special transportation requirements. On one hand, good ventilation is essential to reduce the impact of heat and moisture on cargo quality; on the other hand, transportation safety and stability must be ensured to prevent cargo shifting or damage during long-distance travel. Therefore, traditional enclosed trailers are not fully suitable for the customer’s operating conditions.
Based on the customer’s actual needs, we recommended a 4 axles 80 tons fence cargo trailer. The four-axle design effectively distributes the vehicle load, improving stability under heavy loads and complex road conditions. This configuration is particularly suitable for long-distance transportation on some of Liberia’s road networks. With a rated load capacity of 80 tons, the trailer provides ample carrying margin when transporting agricultural products, livestock, and other bulk goods.
This fence cargo trailer features a detachable side panel structure, with removable side walls and fences. Reasonable spacing between the fence panels ensures excellent ventilation, good airflow, and an open structure, making it ideal for transporting fruits and vegetables that require proper air circulation to maintain freshness. When transporting livestock, the well-ventilated design helps reduce transport stress and enhances overall safety.
When used for transporting bagged construction materials or general bulk cargo, the sidewalls provide effective protection to prevent goods from falling. For oversized or special cargo, the panels can be quickly removed, allowing the trailer to flexibly switch between different transport modes.
After confirming all vehicle details with the customer, we customized the trailer according to their operating habits and local usage conditions, including fence height, pillar spacing, and chassis reinforcement solutions. All production processes were carried out strictly according to the confirmed specifications, ensuring that the trailer can be put into efficient operation immediately upon delivery.
