Yesterday, a batch of customized tri-axle low-bed trailers from Fudeng successfully completed all inspections and customs procedures. They are now ready to depart from China and sail across the ocean to Malawi. Designed specifically for heavy-duty transport, the trailer’s main beam is crafted from Q345B manganese steel plates. This high-strength material is known for its excellent bending resistance and toughness, providing a solid structural backbone for the entire trailer. When facing complex road conditions and extreme weather, the manganese-steel main beam effectively resists deformation and fatigue damage, ensuring safe transportation.
Malawi’s hilly terrain places high demands on the structural stability of transport equipment. The Q345B manganese-steel beam—precisely welded and rigorously stress-tested—eliminates potential safety risks during heavy-load operations from the very beginning. With a rated capacity of up to 60 tons, it can easily handle the transport of large machinery, construction materials, and oversized cargo.
The air suspension system, specially chosen by the customer, is the highlight of this trailer. Compared with traditional suspension systems, air suspension can automatically adjust height and stiffness based on road conditions, reducing vibration-related cargo damage and minimizing tire wear during long-distance operations.
Paired with 90×16×10 leaf springs, it forms a “flexible cushioning + rigid support” combination, allowing the trailer to remain stable even under maximum load. This design is especially valuable on Africa’s relatively underdeveloped roads, significantly reducing the risk of cargo damage and ensuring the protection of precision equipment during long hauls.
